How it Works…

Our retreats are held from September to April from Monday to Friday or can be held over a weekend in the tranquility of the Alpine foothills in the South of France conveniently located only 40 minutes from Nice International Airport.

Prices begin at 375€ for a weekend and up to 2000€ for a week. Price includes lodging, meals, lessons, coaching/training sessions as indicated in the description, and transfers to and from Nice International Airport or Cannes Train Station.

Professional musicians and athletes, we can work with you to provide private classes, just for your group. Special diets can be catered for, either for individuals within the group or for the whole group.

With the Spring Holidays starting tomorrow in our region, several organizations are holding workshops for children. Here are just a few...

The Professional Theatre Company, 100° Théatre in Grasse, offers Theatre Workshops for adults and children ages 6-16 during the upcoming school holidays, in the Chapelle Saint Michel in Grasse.

May 2, 3, 4: The Association EDEN will be offering a Children's creative workshop on the theme of " developing confidence", at the elementary school in Saint Cézaire. Led by psychologist, Joelle Grenier, this workshop will use creative, educational activities to help your child improve relationships with friends and family for a better integration in school.

Thanks to all the associations of Saint Cézaire who came out early Sunday to participate in the "Spring Clean". Over a ton of rubbish was picked up through out the village. Let's all make an effort to keep our village beautiful! 

The problem coloring Easter Eggs in France

Each Easter I am faced with the challenge of trying to transform our brown chicken eggs into brightly colored Easter Eggs. Blue food coloring turns them dark bluish brown, red food coloring turns them dark brownish red, and green food coloring turns them, yes, dark greenish brown. Yellow is absolutely hopeless. So stop by tomorrow to see the results of my creativity in transforming this year's candidates into the Easter Egg I remember as a child...
